Patrick is accepting students locally 2-3 evenings a week

in the Blount and surrounding counties of Tennessee.  

His mission as a teacher is to educate in a friendly and fun environment

while staying true to a complete method of study. 

This is a process by which he has developed and found successful

over his 20 year teaching career.

Education

1987 - 1990,

                            Manchester Center for the Arts   -  Manchester, NH 

                            Certificate of Mastery in performance and theory

1990 - 1998

                            Concentrated study with Prof. George Loring , MA, BA

                            Classical performance as well as harmony and theory

Instruction

1989 - 1994 

                            Taught part time averaging 20 students weekly.

1994 - 2006

                            Founded “ Highland Piano Studios” and taught full time weekly, as well as group classes.

                            Average student load was 40-45 pupils weekly. ( private )

                            Studio manager including overseeing supplemental instructors, produced several competition winners

                            for the “Fine arts of the Assembly of God” as well as helped coach two Miss NH winners.

1995 - 1998

                            Taught for Bordeleau Studios, Bedford, NH. Concentrated teaching method for young beginners and late adults.

1997 - 2005  

                            Piano coach for Miss NH Pageant.  Performance and soundtrack production of classical and original music forms.

Piano sales and promotions

1986-1990

                            Darrell's Music Hall - Manchester, NH 

                            Sold and promoted Yamaha and Samick pianos as well as special sales in Clavinovas.

1992-2006

                            Pianoarts, Inc. - Hooksett, NH

                            Sold all brands of rebuilt pianos and new Weber pianos.

                            Worked in promotions and concert booking, sheet music consulting and piano repair.

Other endeavors

1984-2006      Lead pianist for Trinity Full Gospel  (NH) 

2006-present Lead pianist Green Meadow Church of God in Alcoa, TN

Produced and released six albums of original compositions under the Highland Piano Studios label.

Toured all six albums on both coasts and Canada.

Founded WCNH FM. A non-profit Fm station of classical music in Concord, NH.
